Our story
Seventy years of a single idea
That hair should move — and that a salon should feel like a private apartment in Paris, not a shopfront.
Cannes Film Festival

Mission
To practise the French art of hairstyling in India without compromise — in technique, in product and in hospitality.
Vision
A Dessange salon in every major Indian city — calm, unhurried spaces for women who expect international standards.
Aims
To train Indian artists to Paris standards, to favour care over harsh treatment, and to make every visit feel thoughtful.
Furnished by Maletti
Maletti furnishes our Indian salons — the chairs, stations and calm layout. The space feels like a private apartment, not a busy shop floor.
Creative Art Director
Loïc — Creative Art Director, DESSANGE India
Loïc is the Creative Art Director for DESSANGE India. He leads the artistic direction of our salons — from everyday cut and colour to red-carpet finishing and training for our stylists.
His work keeps every Indian salon aligned with international craft: strong hair structure, hand-painted colour, and a finish that looks as good on camera as it does in the chair — including looks for Indian cinema on the Festival de Cannes carpet.
